Vitalyst Case Study
PC Helps, a provider supplementing corporate help desks with expert application and device support for business users, was looking for a partner to rename the company and to better convey the full value of their unique service. While the company’s expertise spanned the full range of mobile and tablet devices, their name limited their perceived capabilities and associated them with aging technology. A new brand and marketing plan was needed to capture their level of premium service while also conveying the value received by both client help desks and their business users.
The new brand focused on the productivity boost the company provided, its ability to improve the efficiency and perception of the help desk, and their excellent service. The company was renamed Vitalyst, speaking to the company’s role as a vital catalyst for productivity across the enterprise, regardless of the device or application. To visually capture the compelling new name, positioning, and messaging, we created a contemporary and strikingly simple brand identity, go-to-market tools, and a marketing plan to seize the interests of their key audiences and help attract and retain new clients.
