Sustena Group Introduces a New Brand – Acclara Solutions, Contributing to the Company’s Enterprise Value

Sustena Group, a firm focused on brand development, sales enablement and go-to-market success, partnered with a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company to reposition its business by creating a new corporate name and brand following a merger.


Challenge:  Develop a new corporate name and rebrand two successful businesses for continued growth


Results:  Private equity-backed Patient Accounts Services and The Sirrus Group came together to create a new brand – Acclara Solutions. Acclara represents the company’s patient-first ethos and skill in providing ‘clarity’ to patients and insurance partners in addressing their responsibilities in service of recovering more revenue, more quickly. To reposition the business in the marketplace, we developed a new corporate name, visual brand, website, sales and marketing tools, and a comprehensive launch plan to introduce the new brand to the marketplace.
