Several weeks ago Sustena Director Steven Strigle published an article that he titled simply “What is a brand?“. In that article, Stephen introduced the idea of a brand as the “unifying idea that drives decision-making… aligning your internal strengths with the external needs.” The Entrepreneur article linked below is a good addendum to Stephen’s piece as it digs deeper into the idea of a brand as a unifying force.
